Report Illegal Youth Sales

It is illegal in Philadelphia to sell cigarettes, cigars, chew, pipe tobacco, or e-cigarettes (or other electronic smoking devices) to anyone under age 18.  Electronic smoking devices include e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-hookahs, and vape pens.  Despite the law, retailers across the city continue to sell tobacco products to underage youth.
